Kiwi Business Builders hold regular workshops based around Business Growth and Profit Strategies. Our regular workshops include Profit Builder Workshops and a Group Coaching Profit Builder Programme. We also host workshops with guest speakers talking on different business topics.     

We are also able to run specialised Marketing, Marketing Automation and ActiveCampaign software implementation workshops or one on one training.

FREE – Profit Builder Workshop

The Profit Builder Workshop covers the basics of growing your business to achieve a better return on your investment and increased profit.

This will cover:

-How to optimise and maximise your business for profitable growth and increased cash flow

-Common business problems and how to overcome them

-Understanding the Life Time Value (LTV) of your customers

-Using marketing to grow your business

-You, your business and how to achieve your goals

    Profit Builder Group Coaching Programme – 12 Weeks

    The Profit Builder Group Coaching Program is workshop series limited to six participants.  This is a hands-on programme where you will work on a Growth Plan for your own business.

    Each session will cover some theory whilst also being hands-on. Throughout this course we will work towards assessing your business, identifing areas with the potential for growth and creating a plan to achieve growth and in turn build profit.

    This is a twelve week course, comprising of a two hour session every week, as well as a one hour one-on-one consultation before and after the workshop series.

There will also be a hands-on aspect to this workshop aimed at helping you develop a marketing automation plan.
